Conisborough College is a purpose built campus which opened in 2009. Students benefit from state of the art technologies and resources including a very generous computer/student ratio; a purpose built sports hall, dance studio and fitness room as well as an astroturf outside. We have specialist teaching rooms for textiles, music, art, design technology and science.

The aim of all staff is to provide all students with inspiring opportunities and experiences supported with careful monitoring, reporting and assessment. The students bring with them a diversity of experiences and backgrounds both socially and culturally and the school community is built on the strengths of this local diversity.
The Challenge
Conisborough College were about to hold the first of a number of open days for prospective parents and students to view the school. This event would be the first with the new Head in charge and Pylon Design proposed a series of pull-up banners to endorse the occasion. The banners had to reflect the schools identity and utilise the new images produced at the recent photography shoot. There also needed to be a visual link to the current prospectus, also designed and produced by Pylon Design, was important in continuing a consistent school message.
The Solution
Having recently designed and overseeing the school’s new prospectus, Pylon Design Consultants proposed a series of 3 banners, that echoed the use of full bleed photography within the prospectus and supported by a selection of positive quotes from their last Ofsted visit. Pylon created an eye catching series of banners that endorsed the Conisborough College brand, that caught the eye of the reader with bold, informative and thought provoking images, backed up with positive messages about the school. The success of the banners was down to the bold use of full bleed photography and the clear, positive messages displayed in a simple yet effective design.
